AGM of the Maritime Heritage Association

Was held on Sunday 26th March 2023 11.00am at the Heritage Room of South of Perth Yacht Club. As usual the SoPYC provided us with an excellent lunch after the AGM. We welcomed two new committee members , Roger Price and Gerard O'Neill, and we were sorry to lose Heather Campbell and Paul Reiffer.

Albany Festival of the Sea 2019

Saturday 20 April (Easter Saturday), 10.00am - 4.00pm, at the Albany Boatshed. A festival of food, wine, beer, cooking, boat building (build a boat in a day), gaff riggers, old boats and music. The MHA’s Ross Shardlow and Robin Hicks will be presenting a display of marine art and traditional maritime tools and artefacts. They attracted a big crowd at last year’s event (photo below of part of their display before the crowds arrived.)
